All Days Should End with Monsters

Yesterday was one of those days.

You know the kind.  Your work email won't send attachments.  Your TV dinner lunch isn't cooked all the way through.  Your dog projectile vomits everywhere.

Then The Squeeze tells me he has Tivo'd a marathon of really terrible monster movies for me.  One of them is called DinoShark.

This, my friends, is what love looks like.

(True:  Anaconda used to be my favorite movie.  Then I saw Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, and it changed my life for the awesome.)

The Bachelor

Today's post is brought to you by Noodles, who is looking for a partner who enjoys long walks on the street and romantic kibbles for two.

  1. Ah, so you're one of THOSE geeks! To each her own...

I had an absolutely terrible day myself yesterday, and didn't even get it fixed with a marathon of my favorite kind of movies (which, by the way, are not monster B-movies). Today went a little better, though. And when I go to the interwebs to read stuff like your wonderful blog, that helps. Thank you.

One more thing: you'd better be really good to The Squeeze, because he sounds like a keeper!

  2. Aw, thanks, Brian! I'm glad today is going better, and hopefully your weekend is filled with geeky goodness!

(And The Squeeze is pretty awesome, I agree.)

  3. :-D My dad and I watch all of those monster B-movies. The graphics are just so ridiculously fun to watch. If you can you should find the one about the bulimic sabertooth tiger (he just keeps eating people!) - we get a good laugh out of that one. :)

    Hope today was better!

  5. Yeah, I saw it on the sci-fi channel a couple times - I think it's "Attack of the Sabertooth". :-D
